Mayor Buzzkill; de Blasio Bans Parties, Swimming, Sports, BBQ, Dine in Restaurants, Bars
We’ve written about the phenomena of Mayors in general going off the deep end in response to the Coronavirus, for example when the The Mayor of Las Vegas offered the citizens of her city to be used as guinea pigs to see how deadly the Coronavirus is.
But As Reported Here Mayor de Blasio has gone off the reservation with an incredibly confusing series of orders.
After the Governor of New York declared the beaches open, the Mayor said no. Except for “residents of beach communities” who can use the beach as “just open space you can walk on,” and that “anyone going into the water ‘Will be taken out of the water.’”
If you do not “live in a beach community”, or try to use the beach for anything except “an open space you can walk on”, then “the police department will be out, the sheriff’s department will be out watching very carefully.”
Well, if you can’t go to the beach for Memorial Day, at least you can go to a bar, right?
Wrong. “I’m not comfortable at all with people congregating outside bars” mayor Buzzkill intoned. Restaurants? The Mayor said he has directed law enforcement to crack down on any restaurants “trying to cheat and do eat-in dining.”
This is the new, Liberal World Order Henry Kissinger introduced us to at the beginning of April. God help us!
Flyover Fail; Tragedy Strikes Canada’s Snowbirds
Military flyovers are like an aerial military parade, a standard play to whip the fans into a frenzy before a Super Bowl or World Series Game. It was a little revealing that the Deep State has resorted to such “flyovers” to “improve morale” for citizens confused by leaders such as Mayor de Blasio.
We were going to do a satirical story on this subject. Then reality happened.
To say it didn’t work out for the Canadian Snowbirds, would be an understatement, As Reported Here.
President Trump; “I happen to be Taking it.”
Casually mentions that he’s taking the medication hydroxychloroquine.
With all the steps he takes, and tweets, and unfiltered rants and so on and so forth, it’s amazing that the POTUS does not make more rhetorical mistakes, such As Reported Here when President Trump volunteered that “I happen to be taking it. You’d be surprised at how many, people are taking it, especially front line workers” on response to a question about hydroxychloroquine.
We support President Trump. We’ll always support him for saving us from a President Clinton 2.0, AKA Hillary.
But it doesn’t help anyone to pretend the POTUS isn’t a little quirky.
And bragging to the press about taking a malaria medication that has obviously not been tested over time as a medicine for Coronavirus, and which has proven dangerous in early tests, leading to heart problems for some people, goes a little past quirky.
Why? Why talk publicly about taking a medication intended for malaria, as some kind of preventative treatment against the virus?
