It’s Over; Death Throes of The Republic Playing Out In Slow Motion
Future historians will look back and comment about how fast things changed in 2020; but for us living through it, it’s unfolding in a horrific slow motion, like a proverbial train wreck coming at you and each second is a lifetime.
It’s such a big story, you’d think more people would be talking and writing about it. Every once in a while a dissenting opinion makes its way past the Deep State barriers and into a media publication.
Such as the opinion piece for The Hill, which As Reported Here notes that:
“for the past 50 years, America has had a covert ‘Constitutional Convention’ under way, which has dismissed much of the Bill of Rights and radically restructured American rules of governance and the criminal justice system…In his book, ‘The Age of Entitlement,’ Christopher Caldwell makes clear that the period since 1964, what I’ve called the ‘Constitutional Convention,’ began with the civil rights laws and expanded welfare programs of the 1960s.”
The so-called “Constitutional Convention” however, was really a coup d’etat.
History as Spending; Follow the Money. Look at a chart of US Federal spending above.
WWI did not even create a noticeable bump. For WWII the increase in the federal budget is dramatic, as you would expect going from depression to total world war mobilization.
Note that spending does drop after the war, but not nearly as much as it went up, and after about a decade the spending was right back to the peak WWII level.
Slow growth up to the mid 1960s, with US currency on the gold standard, it’s hard to spend much more. Then the explosion in growth.
By the 1970s currency was finally off the gold standard, and the explosion of federal spending continued. Big increases in spending with the notable extreme dip of 1976-77. That was the beginning of Jimmy Carter’s presidency. The cuts in spending tanked the economy and turned voters away from the outsider Carter, to Reagan, which ultimately led to the Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama.
Agency after agency, added to the rolls, until today, it’s actually not totally clear exactly how many federal agencies there are, how much each spends, how many each employs.
It’s become virtually uncontrollable and acts without regard to any process connected to the people’s will. Money does not have the same meaning and value anymore. While workers toil for money, all that money flows up through the financial system to the elites, who convert it to real assets and power control mechanisms.
In order to fund that spending spree, our very monetary system has been subverted, and we are right back to taxation without representation.
Huawei On The Horizon
Huawei is the biggest, baddest company you probably never heard of.
As Reported Here it’s a little Chinese technology/telecommunications “Limited Company” operating in over 170 countries with around 200,000 employees and revenue of about 123 Billion.
They are heavily involved in the “5-G” program. Some people criticize Huawei, because they are sponsored and owned and controlled by Communist China, and they are alleged to assist China with spying and clandestine surveillance as well as other intelligence activities. In 2019 they were restricted or otherwise banned from doing business in the US due to security concerns.
Basically speaking, the evidence shows Huawei is a Communist front, a state controlled and sponsored entity with a critical mission of spying on everyone for the benefit of Communist China.
They use economic activity to gain access to companies, people, nations, institutions, through joint ventures, new businesses, research and development, etc. Then they hack the shit out of the companies they do business with, plant moles for human resources, steal everything they can.
Don’t talk to me about free markets and Trump’s trade wars, when Huawei is supported by China so that pure economics and free market exchange is secondary to them.
Enemies of President Trump (which makes them enemies of the US) allege that criticism of them is just part of Trumps’ “Trade War, ” with no real reason for concern!
It can be confusing, so for the benefit of Philthy Times readers, we break down and translate the argument that Huawei is simply an honest business venture, and criticism is unfounded and frankly tinged with racism.
“Huawei has argued that its products posed ‘no greater cybersecurity risk’ than those of any other vendor and that there is no evidence of the U.S. espionage claims.” In other words, the other telecom giants can spy too, and we’ve never been caught with a proverbial smoking gun, so you can’t totally prove everything.
Beware of any politician who makes statements of public support for China in general, against Trump’s “trade war” with China, or relating to some theory of “free markets” when it comes to trade with China in general or letting Huawei into the US in particular.
How Did They Win?
The Secret Behind the Communist Victory over The United States
As Reported Here democrats, after taking control of The House, are eyeing The Senate and The White House in November.
The battle in the United States, the ‘Cold Civil War’ we call it, is a cultural, societal, economic and political war. It goes all the way back to early history, thousands of years ago, to the period of about 3,000 BC to 1,000 BC in what started as conflict between town folk and city folk.
“The people in villages or cities developed very differently than the people who maintained the old nomadic ways; in the cities, cultivating crops and raising animals mostly replaced hunting/gathering. For the first time, not every man was either a King, a Priest, or a hunter/soldier; now men were farmers or livestock tenders, builders and metal workers etc, and people had more time to explore other interests. We see how this adds to society, but at the same time, in comparison with the nomads, the relative abundance and leisure time made them soft, vulnerable. Because meanwhile the nomads outside the city were always on the move, always hungry, always hunting, gathering, practicing martial arts every day not as if their lives depended on it, but because their life really did depend on being a lean mean killing machine.
It wasn’t that the nomads were incapable of building a village—they chose not to. They embraced the suffering, the struggle that went along with doing without farming and livestock cultivation. They cooperated in other ways, besides permanent residence.
The city folk and country folk soon hated each other, on an epic, generational, archetypal level, and sought to kill or exploit each other whenever possible. The nomads couldn’t believe how weak and strange it seemed for the city people to never travel, to tend to animals like pets instead of prey, to abandon martial arts for making pottery, leisure time, etc. And for the city people, those nomads were savages or barbarians and they only saw them when they had come raiding, to kill and plunder—it was a constant threat of terror.
Sometimes just for sport, or for sure when times were hard for some reason or season, nomads would raid and pillage, first the area around a city, then sometimes the city itself. And when attacked by nomads, or if a small weak band of nomads should happen to travel by, the warriors of the city would try to kill them, or take them as slaves. The violence was extreme; captured nomads would be tortured in public for the entertainment of the city—revenge for all the past raids and plundering endured.
Periodically, eventually–inevitably– there would rise a great warrior king among the nomads. He would unite the nomadic tribes in greater numbers and promptly take his army to the nearest city/civilization, and instead of just raiding for food or bounty, they would pour in and violently obliterate the city dwellers.
Sometimes, instead of taking everything back on the road with them after the main slaughter, the warrior king and his army would stay and occupy the city and settle there themselves. And after a certain amount of time, their descendants would become the soft, art loving city dwellers similar to the ones they had conquered, and new bands of nomads would start raiding them, until a new warrior king would unite the new nomads, to repeat the cycle. Over and over for millennia
It was also during these cycles that the other distinction would develop, equally as powerful and important as that between urban and rural, the development of a non working ruling class, and the subjugated workers. The nomads, after conquering the city, would enslave it’s population, have them continue to till the soil, tend the flocks, haul the water etc, and the rulers looked down on that kind of labor with disdain, yet of course wanted the bounty of food it provided.”
Today’s United States paradigm of Red vs Blue states, is the evolution of that old feud between country fold and city dwellers. The Constitution of the US was created to maintain a legal balance and harmony. It protects the rights of individuals and minorities, who have an obvious disadvantage against the state, the tribe, the collective, the majority. The evolutionary descendants of the collectivist city dwellers, the communists, hate the US, the US constitution, and how it protects the “conservatives” and minorities.
To overthrow the constitution from within, leftists, communists, socialists, progressives, democrats and neoconservatives all work together.
We are in a two party system. They control the Democratic party 100% and the Republican party about 50% Do the math. It’s ¾ against ¼. All over the country, democrats will use whatever authority they have; if they are an HR professional in a company, they will hire another liberal who is less qualified than a conservative, every time. They are not interested in their company, or getting the best employee for the company, or the state agency.
Meanwhile, the conservatives are of a certain general type, what you might call a “rugged individualist” They are contrarians by nature, suspicious of authority, and even of other conservatives. How does it make sense to work together, to promote individualism?
Sometimes their arrogance and smugness in horrible; they will knowingly laugh at Democrats, call them “libtards” and mock them, while impotent to stop or sometimes even recognize that the “libtards” are raping and pillaging the constitution, eroding and chipping away at their constitutional freedoms and liberties, and running to the bank with their lost. While Republicans stand by watching.
That is essentially how the communists won.
Unless we can somehow re-elect Trump. If Trump gets in for another four years, and continues to drain the swamp, and their is a general enlightenment and uplifting fo social consciousness,
Leading to a voter rejection of democrats and neocons at all levels, then as they say, with God all things are possible.
