Smithfield Does Their Workers Double-Dirty
We got word of this story via The Cowboy Mafia! As Reported Here Smithfield Foods, at its pork processing plant in Sioux Falls South Dakota, employs a lot of immigrants. Sioux Falls in general, has a relatively large number of immigrants, mainly from Africa but also from Mexico and Central America, many of whom were actively recruited to migrate America by a big Lutheran Social Services agency; they have this puzzling religious mission of bringing as many poor people from Africa as possible, many of whom will be workers in businesses, such as Smithfield Foods, who employs thousands of such workers.
When the Coronavirus broke out, Smithfield was worried that workers might get scared and call in sick, and slow down productions, so they offered a $500 incentive for workers who didn’t use any sick time. They put up a notice about the Coronavirus, on their bulletin board–in English only. Hundreds of the workers could not read the notices, and did not have a doctor to get them a note, a new policy in order to use sick time.
Then, hundreds of the workers got sick, with the Coronavirus, one of the most dramatic hotspots in the country, outside of New York.
Suddenly that Smithfield pork plant was all about virus safety, closing the plant in Sioux Falls indefinitely, with temperature checks of the workers at other locations, and so forth. And in a twist, heartless even for a sweat-shop meat packing plant, the Smithfield Foods management is blaming the workers “culture”, claiming that the virus spread among them, not in the plant, but in their apartment buildings and neighborhoods where they shared homes with other immigrants.
Double Dirty, confirmed.
Oh yeah. Smithfield Foods is owned by the “WH Group”, formerly known as Shuanghui Group, a Chinese meat and food processing company headquartered in Hong Kong, with yearly revenue of over 22 billion USD.

Businesses Adapt, Pitch “Safer Buying Experience”
Some big businesses are trying to get ahead of things with a new focus on safety and other Coronavirus marketing ideas; suddenly car companies are extraordinarily concerned about how to keep you safe as you buy a car, offering “touchless” home delivery. “We’re all in this together” they will solemnly declare, as they pitch you a new or old product, with a twist making it Coronavirus friendly, As Reported Here.
One giant insurance company is running ads bragging about how if you “need to take a break” (can’t make your premium payments) they will allow you to receive your coverage back at sometime in the future “with no penalty.” In other words, their huge contribution to society during the “pandemic” is to suspend the service for poor people and not charge extra when they can afford to pay again, as usual. Oh boy, they deserve a bailout with our tax funds for that!
Democrat Senator Kyrsten Sinema has turned into the bossiest passive-aggressive Prada-Socialist you could ever imagine. In her role as a concierge for producing, providing, and directing the delivery of cradle to grave government services, she has been issuing orders at a fever pitch since the Coronavirus hit.
Every day she is posting more online demands; the federal government must do this, the federal government must do that… One day she demanded that the USDA must protect agricultural inspectors, another that the government “must remove all unnecessary barriers blocking Arizona Seniors from getting direct payments.”
And of course, the orders aren’t just for government agencies–they are for her constituents too. Not satisfied with letting the Governor have the authority, she constantly tells people to stay, home, practice social distancing, put your mask on, and so on and so forth.
And of course, like other totalitarian politicians, trendy celebrities, and big businesses with slick Madison Avenue advertising agencies, she has a new website to go with the new hashtags. It’s her same site a la /coronavirus. As Reported Here that web page is dedicated to promoting all things Coronavirus.
Sinema is the antithesis of Trumps “Do nothing Democrats.” She’s hyperactive in promoting and expanding government services, or “helping people.” Helping people is good, but when will Democrats and Neocons see that we have long ago gone past the point of diminishing returns, where the harm done by giant, overarching government, outweighs the good at the receiving end of the welfare rolls?
